In July every year Newmarket holds its annual July meeting at Newmarket. Described as 'headquarters of rcing in the UK - Newmarket is world renowned for horse racing. Newmarket is the headquarters racecourse situated in Cambridshire. One of the features is the three-day Newmarket festival meeting is full of colour and fashion. One of the main racing fixturse in the English summer season with top races and the best jockeys, trainers and horses. Other big meetings include the 1000 and 2000 guineas meeting in May, Cambridshire handicap.
