This page provides information on Race Cards for uk horse racing. [1] All RaceCards are in electronic format [i.e. a pdf file that requires a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader to view]. [2] Each horse race represents an individual Race Card. [3] Each Race Card is automatically generated by our horse racing prediction software [“the Knowledge”].
[4] Each Card contains information regarding the race [i.e. the race date, race time and race meeting]. [5] Beneath the race meeting information, is a list of unique set of handicap ratings for each horse, together with the tissue betting odds [i.e. those betting odds advertised in the daily racing press or Bookmakers], the computer generated betting odds [i.e. those betting odds calculated by” the Knowledge” horse racing prediction software] and comments on whether the Tissue betting odds represents “good” or “poor” value. [6] “the knowledge” comments regarding the Sports Arbitrage betting advice are found at the bottom of each Race Card. [7] The betting advice is divided into three categories : [a] “Steamer” – For horses whose tissue betting odds are significantly greater than the computer calculated betting odds. In these cases the arbitrage betting strategy is a “bet to lay [i.e. two bets on the same horse an initial win bet at the tissue odds then a lay bet on betting odds below the tissue odds] to achieve a risk free betting opportunity. [b] “Long Shot” – For horses whose tissue betting odds are greater than 10/1 and significantly greater than the computer calculated betting odds. In these cases the arbitrage betting strategy is an “each way bet to lay the win bet [i.e. two bets on the same horse an initial each way bet at the tissue odds then a lay bet on betting odds below the tissue odds to achieve a free place bet]. [c] “Drifter” – For horses whose tissue betting odds are significantly lower than the computer calculated betting odds. In these cases the arbitrage betting strategy is a “lay to bet” [i.e. two bets on the same horse an initial lay bet at the tissue odds then a win bet on betting odds above the tissue odds] to achieve a risk free betting opportunity.
To achieve a sports arbitrage bet - our method involves betting and laying the same horse in a race. This is done by using betting exchanges and bookmakers odds.
