This
example demonstrates a free place bet.
The goal of this Sports Trading method is to get a free win and place bet.
There are hree possible outcomes to the race :- the horse wins, the horse
is placed or the horse loses.
Using
the Rifleman example:-
Initially the horse a £50ew bet is made at 25/1 - then the horse is
layed to lose £1000 at 10/1 [i.e £100 x 10/1=£1000].
There are two bets: the EACH WAY TO WIN and the LAY TO LOSE.
If the horse loses - the Lay bet and the Win bet cancel each other out. i.e. You win nothing.
If the horse wins or is placed a profit is made. The handicap ratings are determined automatically from the Odds-On horse racing software. Key racing inputs such as the horse's form, trainer form and race conditions are used by the program. The software determines the ratings from the inputs and calculates the likely sports betting odds from the Odds-On data base
